Abel is really starting to crawl around. We are officially mobile! At almost 9 months he is able to sit up, crawl, and clap his hands. I love when he claps his hands, it is so cute! He really is starting to enjoy sitting on the floor playing with his toys. He can manipulate things more easily. Sometimes Jack even plays with him.
One of his favorite new things is to eat cold fruit in this little netting thing. It is the greatest invention ever for babies this age. He especially loves watermelon and orange slices. It basically provides a safety feature so he won't choke on any pieces. He is still able to get the fruit juice.
At the end of this post are some funny shots of the uncles. The first one is of Uncle Will attempting to change his first diaper. Notice the diaper is backwards. I went ahead and let him learn the hard way. Hilarious! He eventually figured it out. The last picture is of Abel playing with Uncle Andy's nose ring. I was secretly hoping he would rip it out and then it would be gone forever. No such luck.
